Summer Retreat – Mindfulness Based Wellbeing Day Retreat at Dalkeith Country Park – 2nd June 2024 – tickets available to purchase soon
We invite you to join us for this reinvigorating day of compassion based mindfulness practices, in the stunning surroundings of Dalkeith Country Park.
This is a day to invest in yourself by unwinding, connecting and re-charging. We will use a soothing blend of mindfulness, movement, breath and sound healing practices to help rebalance mind & body, cultivate self compassion and boost your energy.
Compassion is the recognition of our own suffering and that of others with a deep commitment to alleviate that suffering.
Self Compassion is widely acknowledged, as the cornerstone of human health and becoming our best. Without it, we can sometimes be self critical, ignore our needs and prioritise others and other life activity, which can lead us towards burn out, emotional distress and health challenges.
Benefits Available from this Retreat:
Feel a greater sense of calm (less stressed / anxious)
Have increased capacity for tolerance
Greater clarity / focus
Feel happier / increased wellbeing
Increased connection to self (and possibly others)
Feel more resilient
