Mindfulness Wellbeing Day Retreat (in-person/non-residential) – 18th June 2022
We invite you to join us in the Scottish Borders for an invigorating full day of deep relaxation and recovery for mind and body.
The retreat takes place in a country house (Swinton Manse, Main St, Swinton, Duns TD11 3JJ) in the peaceful village of Swinton, surrounded by nature, located between Duns and Coldstream.
This is a day to invest in yourself, free from demands so you can deeply benefit from a range of restorative practices, connecting with nature and other like minded individuals.
The experience will bring your mind and body back into a healthy balance and give you fresh clarity, insight and tools that can be taken away and integrated into your daily routine to promote good health, wellbeing and performance levels.

Many of us rarely get time and space for ourselves, to switch off and fully unwind and this retreat will provide you with all of that and more.
There will be periods of silence over the day, and also some time for social interaction.
- Please note that if you are only attending the Saturday day retreat we will provide lunch and snacks (all meals are provided if you are attending the full weekend residential retreat).
