19:00 – 20:30.  Please arrive online at 19.00 prompt.

A Zoom link, to join the taster, will be issued in your confirmation email when you purchase a ticket.

The session is aimed at those new to mindfulness and keen to explore how it could benefit them, particularly as we navigate these challenging and uncertain times. 

The session will be informative with some interaction and opportunity to ask questions.
