FREE Introduction To Mindfulness Taster Session – 8th November 2022

Come and join us for this Introduction to Mindfulness taster session.  

The session is aimed at those new to mindfulness and keen to explore how it could benefit them, particularly as we navigate these challenging and uncertain times.  The session will be informative with some interaction and the opportunity to ask questions.

This session is being held at St Kentigerns Community Hall, 26-28 Parkgrove Avenue, Edinburgh, EH4 7QR but there is also the option to attend via Zoom if this is something that works for your own personal circumstances.  When you book your ticket please put a note in the “order notes section” to let us know if you will be attending in person or via zoom.

Venue: St Kentigerns Community Hall, 26-28 Parkgrove Avenue, Edinburgh, EH4 7QR (please enter the venue through the back door via the car park on Parkgrove Gardens)

Time: 19:00 – 20:30.  Please ensure you are at the venue or are ready online to start at 19:00 prompt.

If you book but are subsequently unable to attend, we would be grateful if you could cancel your ticket, as there are only a limited number of places available.
