8-Week Mindfulness Based Living Course (in-person & online combined course) – Starts 8th January 2024
This course will be facilitated by Gary Young from The Mindful Enterprise, who is an accredited teacher through The Mindfulness Association.
This Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC) is based on the work of international mindfulness teacher Rob Nairn and includes all the principles of Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme with the addition of compassion.
The aim of the course is to help participants develop a mindfulness practice that can be applied in both personal and professional life.
The course will include a mix of theory and experiential practice.
If you can’t make it to the group one week, don’t worry, we will ensure you have access to the course notes and audio downloads.

Location - OMH Therapies, 1 Randolph Crescent, Edinburgh, EH3 7TH or at home via zoom if online.
Date - Starts Monday 8th January 2024
Format - One 2hr class per week for 8 weeks. Sessions start at 7.15pm and end at 9.15pm each Monday evening.
