8-Week Mindfulness Based Living Course at OMH Therapies (online or in-person) – Next Course Dates TBC

This course will be facilitated by Gary Young from The Mindful Enterprise, who is an accredited teacher through The Mindfulness Association.

This Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC) is based on the work of international mindfulness teacher Rob Nairn and includes all the principles of Jon Kabat-Zinn’s Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme with the addition of compassion.

The aim of the course is to help participants develop a mindfulness practice that can be applied in both personal and professional life.

The course will include a mix of theory and experiential practice.

If you can’t make it to the group one week, don’t worry, we will ensure you have access to the course notes and audio downloads.

Places are limited so booking early is recommended to secure your place.

Location - OMH Therapies, 4 Atholl Place, Edinburgh, EH3 8HT or at home via zoom if online.

Format - One 2hr class per week for 8 weeks.  Sessions start at 7.15pm and end at 9.15pm each Monday evening

What date is the retreat that is included with the course?

Can I pay for the course in instalments?
There is an option to pay in instalments. Please email us at info@themindfulenterprise.org and state that you’d like to enquire about payment options and one of the team will respond.
Will I receive any further information from you?
Yes, a few days before the course starts we will send you a Welcome email with all the information you need to know.

What's the cancellation policy?
A full refund is offered if cancellation request is received 30 days or more prior to the course start date. If you cancel your booking between 14 days and 29 days prior to the course start date you will receive a refund of the full amount less £50 which is the deposit amount applicable to the course. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the course start date, no refund will be given, although you will be able to transfer to an alternative course if places are available. In the unlikely event of a retreat being cancelled by us due to low numbers or other unforeseen circumstances, all money already paid will be refunded.
